Complexity developed from cask & malt is apparent on the nose; vibrant, ginger, earthy hay and dill. A sweet heart quickly follows the crisp cask strength entry, dark toffee, mango/papaya, broadening to oaky cinnamon edges. Sugar and spice dust the intricate drying linger.
