Two Brewers' first Single Cask release, an 11yo from the first year of distilling. Varied barreling, complex character, pure and (not so) simple.
A bold and bright cask strength entry follows the fusion of toffee and berry fruit prickling on the nose. The syrupy centre drizzles across the palate, dried fruit, cinnamon, and oak essences bounded by burnt caramel edges, coating and unfolding through the extended finish.
